Nicole brings a warmth and caring nature to all her sessions. She actually inspired her Husband Ben to give crossFit a go, when he used to refer to it as CrossShit. Nicole has been practicing CrossFit, since 2012 and coaching since 2014. She graduated from University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Science, Health Promotion degree.
Nicole has a passion for coaching gymnastics and weightlifting. She really enjoys helping people build awareness of their body and behaviour through movement, nutrition and mindset. Seeking small sustainable changes that lead to lasting benefits.
Outside of CrossFit she is equal parts homebody and social butterfly. She has two small kids & a great dane, loves a swim to the buoy, followed by coffee and chat with the girls, loves using her gymnastic skills to do pole tricks at Paradise Circus and finding new ways to PLAY! OH and big chats! Loves a chat.

Ben is the Co- Owner of CFMR, with his Wife Nicole. He graduated with a Physical Education and Health degree at Wollongong University, in 2000. He has been coaching crossFit since 2013 and loves seeing his athletes improve, and also have a laugh during his sessions.
He is a mental health advocate and has a passion for helping people achieve better mental fitness. In his spare time he loves surfing and mastering the didgeridoo. More recently becoming a Dad to son, Alby. Ben aspires to be someone doing things in the health and wellness space, that his son would be stoked about. Ben believes the mindset you approach the gym with, is as important as the workout itself. Be a friend to yourself - coaching mindfulness is a great way to help people see that too.

I found CrossFit while I was a stay-at-home dad, looking for a way to stay fit while I wasn’t working my trade. After 20+ years as a roofer, I quickly fell in love with the sport. Not long into training, I was encouraged to complete my Level 1, and coaching became the perfect fit alongside work and family life.
I love helping people build confidence, learn new skills, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. I’m especially passionate about coaching Olympic lifts and seeing athletes improve their technique. Expect plenty of encouragement, good energy, and the occasional mid-workout dance. Outside the gym, I’m all about family time, beach days, and getting out on the boat for a fish.

Lindsay is originally from Derby, UK and has been training and involved with the CFMR community since 2015. After moving from England and being in the real estate industry she found her passion in health and fitness which gave her the urge to want to help others enjoy their health and fitness journey too. Lindsay specialises in personal coaching and nutrition coaching.
In her spare time it sounds cliché but she loves to train at Crossfit with her husband, its her happy place. She enjoys running, swimming and hiking the gorgeous cape to cape in the beautiful Margaret River region.

Dan is originally from Nottingham, UK where he enjoyed running, martial arts and soccer. After emigrating to Margaret River in 2012 and after 18 years of plumbing Dan found a new passion in Crossfit. This led him to concentrate on the biomechanics of the body and was intrigued to learn more, he then studied Remedial massage in Perth and has been loving it ever since. Dan specialises in remedial massage, sports massage and helping improve range of motion.
In his spare time he enjoys relaxing at the beach with a good book, running, hiking with his wife and recently enjoying understanding of mindfulness.

Her journey with yoga began in 2018 during a time of deep personal change. What started as her own healing practice quickly became a passion for guiding others.
She strongly believes in Yin Yoga and its power to reset the nervous system, hydrate the fascia, and support true recovery.
In a high-performance environment like CrossFit, her classes offer the perfect balance — slowing down to move deeper, building mobility, protecting joints, and shifting the body out of stress mode.
Her sessions are grounding, intentional, and surprisingly powerful — because sometimes the real strength is found in stillness.
